Rules & Regulations For X Airsoft
- No booking is confirmed until the deposit is paid
- We don't do group discounts
- No card facilities, cash only
- Full payment must be settled on the day in cash before the group leaves
- If a group arrives with less than 10 players, you will need to pay for 10 players (R2500 / 2000 paintballs)
- Deposit T&C's
- We suggest arriving at least 20 minutes before your booking
- Sessions will not be extended if a group arrives late
- Groups not arriving or arriving after their session time will lose their deposit
- Field opens 45 minutes before the first confirmed booking
- Field closes 15 minutes after the last confirmed booking
- If a group wants to stay after their session and there are no other bookings, we charge R300 per hour. Gates close at 18:45 the latest
- Rentals can't bring their own paint
- No alcohol to be drunk before or during game time by players. Players may be breathalysed if need be
- No drugs allowed (Marijuana included)
- Please let us know if there are any special needs children in your group
- A spectator may not be subbed on and off the field in place of a paying player
- Groups under 16 years need to be under adult supervision when off the field

- Non-playing group members may come watch and braai at no extra charge
- Due to limited space, the number of spectators may not exceed the number of players
- No pets allowed
- No music allowed
- Alcohol may be consumed by non-players
- No hard liquior is allow on the premises
- No drugs allowed (Marijuana included)
- None playing children need to be under adult supervision at all times
