X Airsoft Deposit Terms & Conditions

General

A deposit of R2500 will be requested when booking a session. The deposit is deducted from the final amount on the day
Banking details will be sent once the booking has been processed
No booking is guarenteed until the full deposit is paid
Game times will not be extended if a group arrives late
Groups not arriving on the day or after their booking time will forfeit their deposit
Groups arriving with less than 10, R2500 (minus the deposit paid) will be charged
Paintball groups will get 2000 paintballs to share
Airsoft groups will get 2500 BB's to share
X Airsoft reserves the right to black list any group, team or individual that has not followed our rules and regulations at our field or at another field
Please note the rates on this site may not be up to date. Please contact us for up to date rates

Paintball and airsoft are all weather sports, so cancelations by groups due to rain, heat etc are not accepted and the deposit will be forfeit
If the weather is very bad, X Airsoft will phone the groups on the day to see if they would like to still play or move their booking
Weather reports are often incorrect so decisions will be made the day before regarding the weather

If X Airsoft cancels a booking, the booking can be moved to another date or the deposit will be fully refunded

Unfortunately, due to us turning away potential bookings when a booking has been confirmed, we have had to implement the following
If the cancellation is before 6 days of the booking, an admin fee of 25% of the deposit will be charge
If the cancellation is within 6 days of the booking, an admin fee of 50% of the deposit will be charge
This includes things like people being sick, schools changing sports times, not wanting to play in the rain etc
